• Retatrutide : started at 500mcg/week and gradually increased up to 2mg/week (currently ongoing). Very noticeable effect on appetite suppression and especially a strong reduction in food noise, with no real side effects.

Reta: I am currently on my second week at 1mg Monday pin, first pin was awful, insane bloat, 0 apetite, constipation then diarrhea, insane fatigue (I could barely get my ass out of bed after 24h)
But after 96h the side effects were less brutal, while maintaining it's benefits like 0 hunger or thirst, 0 food noise (at some point I was struggling to eat my rice and chicken but it got better). I was already in a deficit before introducing reta, but it made it easier to keep pushing till I am lean, before reta I was 94kg now I am 91,6kg, I really hope glucagon does it's magic and I shred more fat.
So I would say their reta is very effective (this is my first glp-1), it reconstituted easily.
HCG: I started at 600Ui MWF, but I knew if I wanted to preserve fertility I had to go with 750UI MWF at least, so there I am currently, I had 0 testicle atrophy, same loads as when I was natural, although I feel like it looks more white than before, might be placebo. 8-12h after pinning it, I kinda feel the estrogen raising but next day is gone due to it's short half-life. I wish their 2000UI HCG would be cheaper because the 5000UI one takes me 6 weeks to finish the vial, and in theory there will be some potency lost the longer it stays reconstituted. Reconstitution was easy just like their reta, currently I am mixing 5000UI + 3ml bac water, so it's easier to measure.
BPC-157: I am using it for an old shoulder issues, I am pinning it daily at 500mcg IM as close to the pain as I can, there is some PIP of course even if using 29g needles, if it gets too bad I'll try to do SubQ as close to the injury as possible. But I may have PIP in the muscle, but my rotator cuff feels better, I don't have issues pressing or pulling with it anymore, so I guess the bpc is indeed working. Reconstitution was perfect as with other peptides

Testosterone Cypionate - for TRT use (180 mg/week, 3 times a week). Stable bloodwork levels, thin carrier oil, easy to draw with small needles (subQ) and with minimal PIP. Vial cap do not dull the needle much. No side effects, maybe a lesser bullshit tolerance. Results: as I would expect from TRT - more energy, mood, a little bit of strength boost, libido.

Viagros - works every time, been using it for a long time, erection on demand even if on alcohol or stimulants (but be careful about blood pressure). Pills are 100mg each, 25mg (1/4) works just enough, no need to take more and experience more side effects). Effects on par with Viagra from pharmacy.

Cialin - been microdosing 2,5 mg daily for health benefits, slightly better pump and erection quality.

Anastrozole - works well (based on bloodwork), be careful to not take as much, it can crash you E2 levels pretty quick and hard.

Ozempic - works as it should, reduces hunger by a lot, which results in losing weight. Be careful to eat a lot of protein even if not hungry. Side effects as expected, namely nausea and constipation.

First time trying primo and i liked it, aesthetically it makes you look way more chiseled, i would use it literally just for the aesthetic result even. I did 500 primo and 500 test weekly and i needed no ai with it. I did use daily telmisartan to keep bp lowered just in case. No signs of e2 issues whatsoever. good gain and felt good too.
