I bounce around between 5-10IU throughout the year. I’m a shitty igf responder, but it still really helps with the lipolysis. Even at 10IU I’m not over the ref range for igf
I feel you. I'm on a GH testing journey as a weak responder and I fear I'm going to land on pharma. Saving that for last and I do think Goldtrope has been totally solid for me in recomp, just dosen't move my numbers at 6iu. Also solid fucking TD, Key delivers and I got one on the way myself.
