Had to pause cycle

ad

So I found out why I’m not making gains. by going through my notes. I haven’t worked out for 6 months because of thinks I had happening in life. I thought I could stay on my cruise of 250 a week and just jump back on. I should have e lifted weights for a couple months the jumped back on. When I do it that way I gain fast. So I’m going to come completely off them jump back on in 8 weeks. This is something I have ran into a few times and when I come off for a while everything goes good. I’m not sure why this shapes but I’m thinking my receptors are saturated and downregulated from no training. Any input would be helpful to the community.
I seem to Putin ten pounds then lose it the next week then gain it back the lose almost all of it again.
I know it’s not the eating. I have always had eating down pretty good. I have experience. I’m 100% sure it’s from not training for 6 months. What I don’t know is why it’s so hard to gain when not training for so long. Androgen receptors? CNS? I’m ready for the bro science

I am going to disagree with the statements below. The issue is you said yourself you have not been working out for 6 months. Well thats exactly why you are not building any muscle. Even being on gear you have to put in the work in order to get muscle.

Go on PCT and let your body all reset then when you hop back on, do it right and make sure you are hitting the gym hard. Sometimes doing a complete reset is good and I will say when you get back on test after the reset you will feel it more when you start.

My doctor said my body is breaking down muscle 3 times faster than normal. My creatine kinase it severely elevated.
Im trying to download the hospital app to actually download my blood work now. He said it could be from a heart injury or a muscle injury. I don’t remember getting any muscle injury but maybe being shocked did something to my forearm muscle or my heart but my heart looked ok he said. I had to go back in. Thursday for more bloodwork to see if my elevated creatinine kinase levels dropped back to normal. I knew something was off. Will post my blood work as soon as I get it today. See if anybody has ever seen anything like this

Did you tell him that you were electrocuted? That is very serious it burns the insides of you and yes that very well could have done something to your heart and other muscles.

Yup that’s why he checked my heart.

He definitely shouldn't do a pct... He was already on a trt dose cruising at 250. If he does abort the cycle then he'll just fall back to the trt cruise. If anything just abort the attempted bulk and cut hard for a good while and get under 10% body fat, gives him some time to get back in the gym under some weights. Then send your gear off for testing before trying to bulk again, make sure it's not fake. Crazy how much fake gear there is floating around right now. That alone very well could be his issue tbh...

I guess I would need to see some bloodwork on what he is doing at 250. PCT is to get him to go back to producing his own testosterone while off of Test. It resets the balls for natural production. He is shut down if he is on 250 a week.

There is a bunch of fake gear out there and or way under dosed gear and that is why I am testing my shit.

100%. But yes he definitely shouldn't have skipped the gym for 6 months and then just hopped on cycle. That is actually the defenition of the type of person who has no reason using gear.

You’re the exact definition of somebody that shouldn’t be giving advice in a steroid forum.
Eat more. WTF. Fucking parrot

I should have worked out a few months like I always do. Whe I don’t this happens. I checked my notes. Plus something else is wrong. I woke up this morning and I can’t even pick up a glass of water without it hurting. Thats woth both arms. And it hurts everywhere. Going to doctors now. See what’s going on. I called into work for the first time in a year. But I put in 80 hours a week for the last 6 months trying to get this factory going. So they don’t give a shit at work. My body feels like it was hit by a truck. It’s almost like heroine wothdrawp without the fever and sweats. But I been clean since 2011. I’ll send an update when the draw blood. Doctor knows I use gear. I say it’s not the food because at break I eat a whole chicken and lunch crush a large pizza. Things like that and 8 meals a day. Now I’m scared something serious is going on. I’ll put 10 pounds in one Week then lose it all in days. I try being hydrated but that isn’t it either. Doctor told me to bring in any medication I’m on and bring the vial of testosterone I’m using. Anybody ever feel like this. I was electrocuted at work a week ago. Not bad but I was jolted with 480 volts. Somehow a ground wire was wired as a hot wire. I got whacked from it. Maybe that’s what it is

That sucks man, hope your Dr figures out some relief. If you're working 80hrs a week that very well may be your problem, you can't make gains if you can't recover and are in a constant state of exhaustion. Don't blast a bunch of gear and give yourself a stroke man, be careful. I hope you get this figured out. Honestly with all the bunk/crazy gear floating around right now there's no telling what some of us are actually injecting every day. Scary times. I truly hope you get to feeling better soon.

Holy shit man! if you were electrocuted I hope you went to the doctor!! That shit will fry the insides of you so workmans comp would cover the cost. Make sure you tell your doctor that.

If didn’t feel like it was bad. I’m not even sure that did it because I didn’t feel anything til this morning. Doctor took blood from me. I won’t see those results til monday. I can’t pick up so much as a soda or water without feeling like I worked out for 6 hours straight. I’ll keep you updated.

depends if it helps with motivation. I took years off the gym whilst staying on my cruise dose. I got back in the gym for a month last year then blasted again and I can say it changed my life for the better.

No, no, and no... And it does sound like you're not eating enough. Keep the cycle going, up the food, stop going 6 months without working out. If you havn't lifted in 6 months then your body will be recomping. E.g. pick a number, eat 3k cals every day, track it. Step on the scale each morning, is the scale moving up? If not eat 4k cals ED, step on scale. Still not moving, eat 5k cals ED. etc... Up the food until the scale starts moving. It doesn't really matter just get after it. Bulk until you can no longer eat the calories required to continue making gains, then do a deep hardcore cut to 6-8% bodyfat(Dexa). Then you will make some serious gains on the next growing phase and can end it still lean. Bulk, Cut, Repeat. You're WAY overthinking things and not making any sense tbh...

BTW... When guys say I know it's not the food, I know I'm eating enough. It's ALWAYS the food, and they're ALWAYS NEVER eating enough. #Facts

I’m eating enough. I’m eating enough I. Definitely eating enough. I have gone up to 202 several times from 185 pounds. I’m eating more now than I did with my last diet when I made gains.

Bill1976's picture

It’s not an eating thing. That’s why I specifically posted it’s not an eating thing.
