+ 15 15 week cycle physique update

Physique update on 500 test/350 Masteron cycle week 15. Started cycle at 168 lbs. weighed in this week between 182-185 lbs. legs are a work in progress and expect to get them caught up by the end of the year. Massive strength increases over the cycle. 6 rep incline max has gone from 270 lbs to 340 lbs on the incline machine. I did fight some acne over this cycle. Accutane 20 mg is getting it in check though. I’ll diet back down closer to 10% bf when I finish up this cycle and roll it back with Test/Primo/DHB in next cycle.

Perfect bro. Can u tell about your routine? How did you gain those arms?
I have mixed it up but my current routine is Monday Cardio, Tuesday Chest and Biceps
Incline Bench Machine- 4 sets last 2 sets to failure
Standing Biceps Curls supinated grip- 4 sets 2 sets to failure
Cable curls with straight bar- 3 sets last set to failure
Peck deck- 3 sets last set to failure
Cross Hammer curls- 3 sets- last 2 to failure
Bench machine- 3 sets all to failure
Preacher curls on machine x 3 all sets to failure
Wed- leg day
Thurs- Back/Shoulder Tris
Close grip pull ups 3 sets
Super set of 3:
Seated dumbbell shoulder press- last two sets to failure
Seated two hand over head tricep extension- last set to failure
Standing lateral raises- last two sets to failure
Shoulder width grip lat pull downs x 3 sets
Tricep pull downs with rope or straight bar I mix it up.x 3 sets
Tbar rows x 3 sets for upper back if I don’t do Tbar I’ll lay on an incline bench and do rear delt raises.
Face pulls x 3 sets
Cable lateral raises x 3 sets
Cable Trap shrugs x3 sets
Fri/sat/sun is same 3 day circuit. All weight is as heavy as I can lift and I pyramid up to it.
I do 30-45 mins of cardio after every workout for cool down. Back day is my longest day

I plan to dial back to 10 once it fully clears. Lips are already dry and the bacne is drying and clearing now. I ended up getting a folliculitis on my chest from shaving. Bunch of trapped in grown hairs so have just decided to be a burly man forever
Same thing bro lol the shaving did that to my stomach but not that bad. How long did it take 20mg to clear the bacne?
One thing to remember when taking Accutane especially UGL Accutane is you have to take it with fats if you want it to absorb. I take it with my whole eggs every morning.
Good to know I’ll start doing that. Mine are sticky almost like when I break them they don’t break dry it’s almost like they are a bit old or got humidity on them have u seen this??

Been on about 6 weeks. Still have some but it’s dry now and mostly looks like just scars that will have to clear again. Had taken Accutane as a young adult for cystic acne so wasn’t surprised when I broke out.

Yeah I’ve held water and a little fat in mid section and love handles still. Been a problem spot for me. Ty for the feedback. Been trying to grow so havnt really been in cal defecit for over 2 months.
