Looking great brother man! You are definitely on your way! You didn't look like that last year, so you've made some definite progress. Keep doing what you're doing bro. It's coming
Fasted cardio first thing in the morning and cut carbs. Try to eat protein every 3 hours.
Hard to say about 18% but u m8 for 54 look fck great. My opinion u should give up all that shit just take test trt and some masteron if u don't have any probs with prostate
I did a dextrose scan it came back at 18.4 bf% and 3.2% visceral fat
I dont have a prostate lol they took it out had prostate cancer 7 years ago......
I didn't mean u had problems or not but when r u taking tooooo much masteron could be some issues. Any ass had side effects
Looking good at 54 bro just keep moving forward focusing on where you want to be. Sounds like you made some bad choices in the past, but realizing that and admitting shows you've learned from it and you've got the key word right there in your pic description....discipline....that right there will get you further towards success than anything. Your on the right track brother. Keep making one smart decision after the other.
Sent Fr appreciate yall
Keep going, the HGH and Reta will do its job, it just takes time but it will. You will notice some changes each month, just keep grinding away.
Just keep grinding bro. keep diet in check, keep lifts consistent and you will continue to see results. They won’t be instant but consistency wins out in the end.
You can also take a diet break for a week if you feel stalled to refeed and let your body recover some. The body is under stress while being in a deficit and will down regulate over time but you should continue to lose at 2300 cals and 211 lbs if you are moderately active.
