Definitely toss that, but reach out to them via email about it. Ive never, ever, had cyp crash even in the winter tims. Ive had short esters crash in cold weather, but they look more like crystals and not jello. Did you pin it? Did it seem fine? Either way, I'd be leary of that vial if it keeps crashing.

I had some TNE that looked gelled on the bottom before, about 12 years ago. It was solid. It didn't move when you swirled it.

Why is no one answering my emails? I placed a $400 order with you guys. I wrote in asking if my BTC transaction had been approved, received an email quite quickly that it had. Received another email stating that it had been shipped, but it's now been 10 days and I paid for priority shipping, and no one will respond to me or tell me whether the order actually shipped or not.
