Finally getting around to sharing the TD from K4L, Titan GH for me and Reta 60mg for the wife. After 2 weeks she is digging it and feeling the effects. I started the GH at 3 IU about 2 weeks ago so I feel like its a little too soon to see any effects, will check back in when I leave the review.
I plan on going up in dose to see where my limit is and pulling back to somewhere comfortable - its my first time running GH so im going to be flexible with it. I did throw on a glucose monitor 2 days ago, it last for 14 days and connects to an app on my phone. So far, my fasting glucose hovers anywhere from 75 - 95 depending on what my last meal was.
Still learning a lot within the whole blood glucose thing and from wearing this monitor its definitely helped me key in on how what I am eating affects me. One thing I did learn is that I go through the 'dawn phenomenon'. So I am working to adjust my sleep to start my day when this occurs.

Definitely toss that, but reach out to them via email about it. Ive never, ever, had cyp crash even in the winter tims. Ive had short esters crash in cold weather, but they look more like crystals and not jello. Did you pin it? Did it seem fine? Either way, I'd be leary of that vial if it keeps crashing.

I had some TNE that looked gelled on the bottom before, about 12 years ago. It was solid. It didn't move when you swirled it.
