Well… looks like the Panda is back in the bamboo forest.
First off, I want to say thanks to @BFG for giving me another chance to be part of the community again. I sent an email explaining my situation right after I realized I had been banned. I’m not even sure if it was ever read, but either way I respect the decision and appreciate being allowed back.
To be clear … YES, I did share some source recommendations through PM in the past. My intention was simply to help guys who asked, never to benefit from it in any way. No money, no discounts, no free gear, nothing like that. Just trying to help bros out.
That said, rules are rules. Sometimes you don’t need to fully understand them … you just need to follow them. Once the banner appeared on the site making that rule clear, I stopped doing that completely.
So lesson learned. Moving forward I’ll keep everything strictly within the forum rules.
I also want to say thanks to the guys who had my back while I was gone. It honestly meant a lot seeing people speak up.

For anyone who doesn’t know me, I’m just here for what most of us are here for … sharing experiences, learning from others, and improving the game. None of us knows everything and that’s the whole point of communities like this.
No drama from my side. I’m a pretty chill guy. I like talking gear, protocols, bloodwork, training, and helping where I can.
If one day the negatives outweigh the positives for me here, I’ll just open the door and walk out myself. I’m a grown man … nobody needs to kick me out.
But for now, I still see way more positive than negative, so I’m glad to be back and part of the discussions again.
Anyway…
PandaTeston checking back in. Slow and steady. Bulk phase is in the books … 215 —> 240 over 16 weeks. (Before anyone panics… yeah, plenty of water in there. If the final tally after the cut is 7–8 lb of real tissue, I’ll be more than happy.) Taking the next 4–8 weeks to clean things up, get biomarkers back where they should be, then we tighten up and start the next push.

You were banned for suggesting a source via pm? Thats wild. I thought stuff like that would be encouraged so the good sources get more customers and the bad sources get weeded out the way capitalism and the free market intended.

I’ll be sure to never recommend a good source via pm and I’m reluctant to do so even publicly now. I guess it’s a good thing I’m not knowledgeable enough to have an opinion that carries any kind of merit haha.
