+ 1 Getting slicey and dicey

ad

Hey there Eroids fam!

First update of 2026. Had a rough time finishing up 2025 but long story short I hack squatted to heavy 8 months ago and messed up my knee got sad bc I thought my legs were gonna disappear which has literally been my goal to grow them for the last 12 years since I started my journey as a 6’6 bodybuilder. I haven’t been able to hit quads since August of last year roughly

Then I got fat, not terrible but certainly the heaviest I had ever been at just under 270lbs. Drew the line in the sand and said it’s time to start shredding for summer. Here we are 12 weeks into the diet and down 35lbs. This morning weighed in at 230 which is the lightest I have been in 3 years. Started things out with tren but remembered how much I hate it & it’s not for me after about 4 weeks. So I gave it to a friend. I have been running 450 test and 200 EQ for about 6 weeks now. I plan to increase doses in 2 weeks. I know it’s a low and almost worthless dose of EQ but it keeps my estrogen where I want it. This is my 5th week on Reta. The first 4 weeks I ran 2mg all in one dose and this week I split the dose to 1.5mg twice a week so 3mg total. Reta makes dieting on easy mode. For years when I dieted in the past, the moment I dropped below 240 my attitude and hunger was to much to handle. Thanks to Reta it’s much easier to really have great food control. I haven’t tracked food really but after a decade of meticulous tracking I have a good idea of what it looks like to eat 250g of protein. My mindset is to keep my protein high and my carbs and fats low.

I don’t really have an end goal but my wife is all about getting abs this summer before we start having kids so I’m taking this as an opportunity to get as lean as I can w a nice reverse diet before I start the fertility stuff later this year.

I am planning to start bpc & tb500 with 2iu GH in the next month or so to help w the tendons in my knee. I got X-rays and nothing came back. Haven’t done an MRI yet but I am pretty sure it’s my patellar tendon. If anyone knows anything I can do exercise wise in conjunction w the peptides and growth. I am all ears.

Thanks for reading.
Hope everyone is doing well!

I've been doing isometric Spanish squat holds with a band as a warm-up and analgesic for my patellar issues. Mine started about half-way through my current growth cycle a my quad strength exploded and my tendon integrity couldn't keep up. I'm still not back to squatting heavy but it helps me get some quality quad work in while developing the tendon.

Good luck with the cycle and the cut!

You got me by 3 inches and are about a decade younger, but being tall and lifting is definitely a balancing act with our joints. I feel your pain. Literally.

In light of injuries you are looking very fit brother. I have high calves myself and struggled for years to make them grow so I can only imagine how upsetting a knee injury is for you. Best of luck to you moving forward!
