Nice discipline man. Ever feel your energy drop in the gym on this setup?
Nice! Have you kept your calories and macros the exact same the whole 8 weeks? I'm currently doing a recomp myself but I definitely am not seeing the same results you have. I need to be more strict with tracking my food every day.
You damn taco bowl! Cottage cheese sweet potatoes and taco meat is that viral bowl huh? My wife makes that shit and loves it
Haha I didn’t really know it was a viral food, my wife told me that but I’m not on any social media. It tastes very good though. The cottage cheese really helps moisten up the dry ass 1% fat turkey
Damn dude congrats. Ill bet you're feeling good. Keep it up.
Yes sir feel amazing. Felt like shit before eating trash and chugging wine. I had hit my rock bottom for sure, hadn’t lifted in 6 years. Started out doing 35s for 12 on incline bench and now I’m up to 80s for 12 just 9 weeks on TRT. Can’t wait to get ripped and share some pics of results
Keep after it buddy.
