This isn’t a seller issue. The company itself delivered a product that doesn’t work. Because of this, I’m feeling flat, drained, and just generally like garbage—mentally and physically. Months of proper training, recovery, and energy completely wasted.
Ultima Pharmaceutical needs to step up and take responsibility for what they put on the market. Customers deserve transparency and products that actually do what they claim!
I was running 450mg Test and 500mg Primo per week for months, and all that Primo was wasted because the testosterone was fake…
Lesson learned the hard way test first, use second.

I just checked that one of my vials i ordered for steroids-uk is a part of the bunk batch, do i contact steroids-uk? or do i just move on
Reach out to support with the batch number and pics. No idea if they’ll help but I know other providers are. OSgear sent me a replacement. Granted, no idea what they are sending.
I’m being told the supplier who botched the batches of test and gh were not domestic and therefore US source warehouses of Ultima should not have been effected. Is anyone else hearing something similar

Depends on when it was made. Myself and a ton of guys I know have made great gains on Ultima over past few years. I can speak for Ultima NPP, Test, MENT, NPP. All solid. One guy used a good amount of the Accutane and got no results as compared to RX. This place is filled with rabid trolls who have too much time on their hands and an axe to grind for whatever reason. All Ultima is not bunk. and i have no allegiance to the brand at all. I moved on to another supplier all together these days but not because of some bunk test.

Ah, damn, that's rough. Ultima used to be a really solid, reputable brand. I ran their Test C for years and consistently hit around 2,000 ng/dL on just 250 mg/week. It's disappointing to see their quality control slip so badly lately, with so many people ending up with bunk or underdosed gear.
I just received some Ultima Kits from pmroids, there was no batch number on them and when I tried to verify the kits on Ultima’s site there was not record of them. PMRoids was quick to respond to address the matter and request photos. I requested a full refund for the kits because I can’t in good conscience take them. Pmroids has yet to process my refund but I will keep you all posted on their level of customer service.
Same here bro. Ordered two jugs of ethanate with the bar batch numbers and been taking it for a month but funny thing. I don't feel totally crashed but like it's not as a strong. I requested a refund from pm

If you click on their official response link at the top of the page it has an HGH batch listed as bad.
If you read the response, they say it only affected 2 batches of test but then discovered at least one bad batch of HGH afterwards and another member here sent in some Ultima-Oxa for testing and that was bunk also. There’s possibly several more compounds that are compromised but we won’t know for sure till everyone tests their stuff and reports back.
Yeah it appears that’s it’s literally all fucked with no way to quickly identify everything they have been faking. It’s a pretty clear never again for me
I remember when we started pointed on the rubber stopper and some people make joke of us. I personnaly didn't more then this rubber getting lost in the oil to stop trusting those brands. If in 25 years of pinning I see this for the very first time. hummmm that's enough for me to say buy buy ultima.
I'm really bummed to hear this. I loaded up on Test C from Ultima for my upcoming blast. Im at work now so I cant check the batch until i get home but wtf man. Will never buy ultima again

Not their first rodeo… i had same issue to find out 7 weeks later after starting my blast.. i thought it was all mental that i was getting zero response then decided to get blood work done at 750mg p/w of TC My levels were under around 800. Learned my lesson
Just received this response earlier from OS. How the hell does a big name company like Ultima not have a highly reputable supplier they can trust?!? Ultima dealing with suppliers that would do something like this is extremely alarming. I will absolutely NOT be using Ultima ever again! Vitamin E is NOTHING like Test. How the hell could they possibly have not noticed the difference? The very smell alone of Test E is unmistakable.

Hello, There is absolutely no need to worry, you are on the best hands in the industry. We'll make things right and replace all the batches that have quality concerns. Ultima informed us today that they have been scammed with fake documents and the factory provided Vitamin E for those batches with COA's of Test C and Test E. So inside the vials is MCT Oil and Vitamin E. The vials will be replaced and the new batches are currently under testing. Regarding the package, currently we've made an inquiry to the freight company and asked the exact status because there are many packages waiting to clear customs and hopefully this will happen in the coming days. We'll have to see what batch is being delivered and we'll act immediately. Thank you for your patience. Respectfully!

Yes, but primo was not from them.
Who knows, only way to know is to test it. I have some Ultima primo and var that I would like to have tested to see. Ultima claims it’s just the test but I say if they don’t know what’s in their test they don’t know what’s in anything they sell. If they would’ve tested their raws or their finished product then this wouldn’t have happened. This happening means the just bottle whatever unknown crap they are sent. Hence I have some pharmaqo primo on the way to replace my Ultima

was big then flopped when they had test e labeled test p. Now it did have test but shows the bigger brands don’t have the quality control . It’s more about turning profit and many call it “pharma” bc it comes in a pretty box and over priced . Just my two cents

Haha spot on. Most times after being around for a while you realize it. Most all those big names are produced in same facilities as well.
Ultima boxes are about as ugly as they get, just bland white. Most companies have better packaging. Some once famous American UGLs that had the best boxes have gone down

I remember like years ago use to be trouble with olymp labs. I never considered to buy ultima or nakon.
I’m on vacation and I am fucking pissed I am glad I stopped Ultima a while back and tried a new brand but I have a bunch of Ultima test. I even stood up up for this lab because in the past I had good results now I need to check my batches and I won’t trust these guys again.

OS did give me a credit which I used on Reta. Now the million dollar question is where and who has high quality, mct test E or test c? OS said around June of 2025 there was a raw crisis but things are improving. My issue is they never put out anything last year about the issue with the raws. Which IMO is why we ended where we are today. What's crazy is I feel pretty much the same and I been on the bunk for three weeks. My strength has not gone down but I am a little leaner but I attribute that to the Reta. We have to really come together as a community and hold everyone accountable for our own health and safety.
I spoke with a couple raw suppliers over seas that told me the issue with the raw shortage was due to the tariffs. I imagine they pumped the breaks for a good while to see what big daddy Trump was gonna do.

Ya this is very alarming in the sense I've major underground manufacturers get busted what not but completely fake test e and c like the cheapest freaking raws tell now ... Maybe but this not just bad raws just fake gear then your thinking is the MCT even sterile what is exactly going on and if they pull this crap are other major suppliers going follow suit if they can't get raws obviously that's what it's seems they couldn't get the raws instead of shutting this operation down they role out pure oil no gear and hoping they can just ship when they get them ...this is all theory conjucture... Makes you think
I received the bunk and I have been on for three weeks. I haven't had any issues at the site or whole body. So my guess is the oil is sterile just didnt include and Anabolics.
Yup had orders their test c some time back maybe 2 months ago got blood work my test came back to 82ng/dl didn’t feel anything strangely enough until I got my blood work

Were the vials the normal light/clear golden color? Or was it darker than usual… like that deep amber / almost Tren-looking tone?

I just had a touchdown and I’m inspecting everything. The contents it was delivered in had that steroid smell. Every box of the Ultima-TNE/Oxy absolutely reeked of that steroid smell.
I have 2 boxes of the Ultima-Mix. One smelled like steroids, the other smelled like plastic with a hint of stinky feet. Pulled the vials out and one was yellowish and the other was clear as water.
Sure enough the yellow one had a touch of that steroid aroma and the clear one smelled like a mixture between plastic and a stinky foot.
Worst part is they both have the same batch number and mfg date.
