This result is from 75mg of test e a week. Split into Mon/Thurs injections. 75mg has been all I can take without needing an AI. I aromatize easily. I started at 100mg a week trt years ago. I got a lump under my right nipple. I lowered to 87.5mg a week and got rid of the lump with exemestane. I stopped the exemestane and the lump came back. I lowered to 75mg a week and got rid of the lump with exemestane and the lump didn't come back. The lump would come back when I would add in HCG. I purchased this test e around 9/22.
SeeOhShow posted about how everyday injections cut his estrogen in half compared to two injections a week. He stated 4 days a week also had the same effect. I'm going to try going back to 100mg a week with 4 injections a week.

You ever try daily with test c or p? Probably won’t make a difference but doing it daily subconsciously might change it up. I know daily would suck. Or yet gel maybe. I’m lucky my estrogen was low on top of my test so I can run 300-400 test and don’t need an ai. I was pinning 150mg 4 times a week through clinic years ago and test was over 1500 cap but estrogen was still only 38 I think it was. My ratio always seems to stay right if I’m just on test. At least so far but I’m only 6 years into this now and as we know the body changes and I’m sure mine will. Especially running over compounds now like mast p and tren ace. Or the DHB cycle is gonna run in 3-4 months now I’m done with the mast p and tren a one.
I prefer test e over c. I've never seen test e crash. I've never run test c or p. I've run test pp. I've been putting my test e in a lilly pen cartridge, like I do for my peptides.
You try 150-300mg a day of grape seed extract?
No. There's 50mg in my multi vitamins. Is that for estrogen control?
Yes it definitely helps. Along with 50mg of good bisglycinared zinc too. I’ve eeem guys in TRT groups say they had to lower there grape seed extract dose bc it dropped their estrogen too far. Many liked it better than dim. Dim blocks where grape seed extract actually helps the test stop converting into estrogen. Or I believe that’s what I’d read before. I do t have that issue so I’m going off memory as far as the mechanisms.

Retest total testosterone ms not ia. You will test higher, I promise you.
I ordered that test on walk-in-lab. I didn't see anywhere that stated which method was being used on that test.
Walk in hase total ms, I use them and ulta labs.
Check a new one called good labs. They are even cheaper lol.
Damn, Good Labs is cheap. Even with a $12 draw fee.
I just discovered last night that I can use Marek Diagnostics now. They used to use Labcorp for blood draws and now they use Quest. I found Ulta last night. I'll check out Good labs now.
