Meal 1:
4 whole eggs
1 cup of egg whites
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup of blueberries

Meal 2:
1 Core Power Elite or 2 scoops protein

Meal 3: (Post Workout)
2 scoops protein

Meal 4:
8oz grilled chicken or flank steak, carb balance wrap with some cheese (maybe a tad of sour cream but no one needs to know)

It’s low but I’m really trying to shred. Don’t be deceived either because I do refeed at least once a week

Yea pretty much. The refeeds save my life. I train low reps (4-10 rep range) to failure, and haven’t lost any strength somehow. High intensity is life. Only do 1-2 top sets per exercise

Thats how I like to roll too. Low rep huge sets on the big moves. Once you get up in ur mid 30's and beyond it starts to hurt a lot more tho. You have a long time before you get there tho buddy, enjoy it.

I'm very pumped for you.

I did a massive cut here a while back like you and my refeeds would literally yield 6-10lb weight swings. After a while my body couldn't take it and I started losing strength in a hurry.

Yes I’m in a pretty decent deficit right now, carbs low but I do re-feed. Tbh once the EQ kicked in the hunger blunting of Reta definitely took a backseat for me so I upped the Reta. Even 300mg EQ has me hungrier

At only 2mg I felt like reta canceled the eq hunger increase, just my 2 cents.
Ive run eq at 600 without reta before so I know the difference subjectively

Interesting… that actually makes a lot of sense. Pairing it with a GLP-1s during cutting changes the whole game. I always avoided it in a cut because of the appetite spike, but with Reta in the mix, that downside is basically neutralized like you said…

And in Pete’s protocol, it makes even more sense since it’s not just there for anabolism … it’s also helping control E2 conversion from the test. That adds another layer of logic to it.
