Currently 450 test e, 200 tren e a week. Igf1-lr3 post workout daily with a meal. Ghk-cu in the evening and 2mg reta weekly. Currently 242# trying to get to 220. Down from 485# 4 years ago.

75 mcg currently titrating to 100 mcg. February 15 will be 5 weeks and i will stop for 4 weeks. I will order some follistatin and more igf this week. I want to try follistatin on the 4 weeks break.
IGF-1 LR3 is better pre over post workout. It will fill you with glycogen giving you better force on your lifts. Would also hold at a lower dose. I’ve found less to be more with IGF-1 LR3
I will give that a try bro. Appreciate it! I was worried about fasting. I’m up at 3:00 and at the gym at 5:00. I take all my vitamins with a protein shake and add a little bit of carbs on the drive. My blood sugar before i started igf1 was @ 100 in the morning. Now its 140-170.

Yeah seems like the test e is fine like mine. Its all the cyp. Thats why you see more high dose in enanthate instead because its more stable. Never see a cyp 400 but plenty of enanthate 400s outh there.

My estradiol is at 84.. Started taking some of Keys Aromasin I had laying around from about 1.5 years ago.. does this stuff expire? Started at 6.25mg EOD with no results, bumped it to 12.5mg EOD and still feelings sides of high E2. Possibly out of date?
Aromasin never cut it for me. Arimidex does the trick but I aromatize heavy. I do daily sust inj and take .25 mg of arimidex a day. Sust at 550 a week.
If aromasin isn’t working fast enough for you use arimidex next time. .5mgs cuts my estrogen in half in 3 days.

Were you feeling high e2 signs? IMO no need to take an AI if not. I always feel great on the higher side, but thats just me.
Yes. Water retention, puffy nips, acne (my main complaint, hate it when my face is breaking out.) Don’t want to crush my E2, but need to get it into a better spot. I’m already injecting every day.

100%. Estrogen helps more than a lot of these guys know or believe it seems like. I try not to touch mine unless it’s absolutely necessary. I do really well with high testosterone.

Give it some time. It's not an instant effect. I've never needed more than 50mg a week.
