My estradiol is at 84.. Started taking some of Keys Aromasin I had laying around from about 1.5 years ago.. does this stuff expire? Started at 6.25mg EOD with no results, bumped it to 12.5mg EOD and still feelings sides of high E2. Possibly out of date?
Aromasin never cut it for me. Arimidex does the trick but I aromatize heavy. I do daily sust inj and take .25 mg of arimidex a day. Sust at 550 a week.
If aromasin isn’t working fast enough for you use arimidex next time. .5mgs cuts my estrogen in half in 3 days.

Were you feeling high e2 signs? IMO no need to take an AI if not. I always feel great on the higher side, but thats just me.
Yes. Water retention, puffy nips, acne (my main complaint, hate it when my face is breaking out.) Don’t want to crush my E2, but need to get it into a better spot. I’m already injecting every day.

100%. Estrogen helps more than a lot of these guys know or believe it seems like. I try not to touch mine unless it’s absolutely necessary. I do really well with high testosterone.

Agreed! You don’t want to overcorrect. In my experience. Crashed E2 is so much worse than high E2 (unless your legit getting gyno).

How many days have you been taking the Aromasin already?
Maybe a week or two. I swear I used to take 6.25 and would instantly feel depressed for the rest of the day, but I guess it was all in my head seeing as Aromasin doesn’t eliminate existing E2, only stops new from being made. Idk
Have you needed an AI before? 6.25 EOD sounds like a good plan for 2 weeks. Then adjust if needed.
