Ultima Enanthate 250 – Batch MTO10670.
These vials have been in my possession for only a few months, stored in a cool, dark place, and have never been injected. When my previous vial ran out, I went to open the next one and immediately noticed the rubber stopper was visibly degraded and cracked, and the solution appeared unusually dark.
I then inspected the second vial from the same batch and observed similar stopper degradation and abnormal darkening. Due to these findings, I did not inject either vial.
I contacted customer support and was advised the product was good to go and safe to inject, while also being offered a refund contingent on sending the vials for Janoshik testing. I have reached out to Janoshik to confirm whether their testing can assess potential contamination, as I am not willing to inject a product with compromised vial integrity.
I have been a loyal customer of Steroidify for over a year and have consistently received quality products, which is why the handling of this issue has been concerning. I am seeking a clear resolution that does not require me to risk my health to prove a defect.

confirmed janoshik does not test for bacterial or rubber contamination

While the rubber stopper issue sounds similar across these cases, there's a key detail that matters: @strongseraph never even pinned the vial. That's important because it rules out user error—no repeated needle sticks, no contamination from poor technique, no degradation from mishandling. The stopper condition is as received, which makes it more credible as a batch or storage issue.
Well, hopefully you and other sources affected don't get stuck with the bill due to Ultima's quality control.

Hopefully not. I had some of those vials too. Tried filtering it into another vial and ended up spilling 5ml on accident cuz I'm clumsy. Ultima oils are awesome and steroidify is awesome so hopefully this just becomes old news.

First, I want to clarify that Steroidify handled this promptly and professionally. After I raised my concerns, they issued a full refund without issue, which I appreciate. Their customer service has been responsive and fair throughout the process.
Because of that, I’m now able to move forward and order a product from a different manufacturer for comparison.
At this point, I’m still planning to confirm blood levels to objectively determine what was going on, but I wanted to make it clear that the vendor itself resolved the situation appropriately.
