5mg so I use 50iu on sling pin, back water. Every 10iu is 1000. Running 500 edge subq. Anything injected will flow thru bloodstream so I'm local isn't doing much more than placebo. Or I would have some champ style bicep peaks ;) . Lol!
But yes, healing, hydrate, rem sleep....
Cialis for gym not my flavor. Good pumps right from carbs. Heavy muscle exercise only burns carbs. Just my preference
