+ 2 Blood work about ten weeks in

ad

Donated blood December 8, "power red" - double red blood cells
CBC looks great, liver, cholesterol, everything is great. Creatinine is high, not surprising.
Total test 1432
Free test 373.8
Estradiol 12
Igf-1 357

At least ten weeks on a very mild cycle. Weekly doses pinning twice a week;
Test E 250
Eq 400
Deca 160
Hgh about 3.5 iu every morning
Oils are para pharma from ugfreak
Gh is godtropin

Not shocked the test isn't higher, but I am going to bump up the dosage.
I've been on hgh for many months. If I go higher with the dosage I can feel it in my hands, but that number seems low being just out of range. But I have no idea if that is good or not. If you have experience with hgh and blood work please let me know what you think about that.
I am not on an ai, thankfully, estradiol would be null. I forgot to add dht to the test.
This is the first time I've ever gotten bloodwork without a Dr. My PCP refuses to test my hormones after I told him what I do. Used to be not able to in this state, I randomly decided to try and it worked. I guess they changed the law.

great, thx for the blood test

250 mgs of test E twice a week puts me at 2400 ng dl and that’s 4 days after Injection

jimmie's picture

I've been at 250 weekly, not twice a week. So that tracks. I am def bumping it up though.

200 cyp puts me at 1700-1900.

Does EQ compete for receptors and subsequently drive down total test? Something I've heard of when running primo or mast. Seems like a @Pandateston or @irongame427 question possibly @press1. The smart fuckers.

Also, I was under the impression that folks over 40 shouldn't use EQ. But I guess OPs bloods look good so why not right?

Pandateston's picture

Brother, no … EQ doesn’t “compete” with Test at the androgen receptor. That’s old bro-science, IMHO. Androgens don’t bump each other off receptors like that.

What EQ does influence is blood dynamics: RBC/hematocrit, SHBG, and sometimes how estrogen presents. That’s why on labs it can look like Test is lower or you “feel” different. Same thing people say about Primo or Mast “lowering Test” … it’s not receptor blockage, it’s how blood markers and hormone balance shift.

As far as age goes, EQ doesn’t magically become off-limits after 40. The real issues are blood thickness, blood pressure, lipids, and appetite. If you’re monitoring bloods and managing those variables, age by itself isn’t the problem.

I’ve run EQ many times in the game myself. Respect the dose, don’t drag it forever, stay on top of labs … and it’s fine. Ignore those rules, and EQ will humble you fast.
Have in mind that EQ hangs around for a long time.
Because of the undecylenate ester, metabolites can be detectable in blood for 6–12 months(still having some effect on your immune system BTW), and in some cases even longer.

That’s my take from both reading the data and actually using it.

Was going to say 160mg puts me at 1200ish.

I’m not 100% sure how it works. But I did run EQ and my bloodwork was fine after 6 months. I didn’t get the estrogen checked though but my RBC was borderline but ok. So were my platelets. I have it posted in my profile pics. I only know what I have read on here and online. I wish there was a real controlled study on it. The closest we will get is what’s on words for now. I’m going to look for that post and put a link on here. It might take a while to find it because it’s ten years old

EQ should not have any impact on test levels in blood work. I’ve never seen any evidence it competes anecdotally or in any literature. Speaking on my own experience, my test levels have always been great despite doses of EQ upwards of 700mg/wk. His test levels are lower than I’d expect on the dose, but not outside the realm of possibility for a low responder.

I’ve also found the fear mongering around EQ to be overblown. HCT and blood markers commonly perceived to be impacted by it can be relatively easily managed with the right protocols for most people.

jimmie's picture

Not sure if you are thinking I've been @ 250 twice a week with that low test number, but 250 has been the weekly dose.
I have decided to double it.
Cutoff date for eq and deca March 1, then back to trt.
I suppose I should've also mentioned I did donate a double red blood December 8. I'll edit that in

Milfpounder's picture

Fuck it I am doing eq along with this tren-pp I just started.

Thanks for the explanation buddy

Growtherino's picture

Hardest part with EQ is finding your personal ratio that works without crashing e2 and being patient with adjustments since it has a very long half life. First time I ran it I think I got sensitive e2 testing done 8 times in ~24 weeks. Once you dial it in I think it’s a very nice compound, but it takes patience and lots of checking. Make a change, wait 4-6 weeks, test, and repeat until things balance. If you accidentally nuke e2 take 10mg dbol for 3-5 days as you make adjustments to the doses and then back to being patient. Can also use TNE to correct the nuked e2 but that and the dbol are just short term fixes.

Thanks man. Much appreciated

Anytime, Milf. You always know where to find me!

E2 12 !? any sides from the low e2 ?

I suppose it could explain why my joints have been so noisy

LieutenantDan's picture

Definitely lower EQ for till your next blood work try to find a sweet spot. Thats my suggestion but you got free will. Ive noticed people with terrible blood works for the most part always have crazy physiques so the trade off might be worth it for you

I'm going the other way with it, doubling the test lol. Cutting off March 1, I might get bloods right at the end to see what the numbers look like for future run

LieutenantDan's picture

solid yeah that would make sense too, you thinking 1:1?

500 test
400 eq

BakeNShake2oh9's picture

First, thanks for posting bloodwork. Nice to see how others look on the numbers side.

Is it me or is your E2 low? 12 for a total test of 1400 seems on the low side.

Maybe someone with some experience can give their insight. I would love to hear people’s take on this l.

Growtherino's picture

He’s on 400EQ a week so that is acting as an AI. TBH I’m surprised his e2 is as high as it is. At that ratio of test/eq most people would have basically 0 e2.

BakeNShake2oh9's picture

Great response here. Thank you. Super informative. Explains the low e2 number.

"If I go higher with the dosage I can feel it in my hands." This sounds interesting can you explain this? Are you referring to the carpal tunnel symptoms?

jimmie's picture

It feels like hands are swollen like if you make a fist they're really tight. Like if you go for a long walk on a hot humid day.

Growtherino's picture

This is a common side effect of low quality GH. I had the same thing from Goldtrope. Switched to a different brand and have gone up to 8IU/day now with no issues whatsoever. Your igf in blood work is right in line with 3.5iu though.

Also, I’d recommend getting a follow up cystatin-c test done to get an accurate look at kidney health. Creatinine is an unreliable marker, but, even so, an eGFR reading of 60 warrants a follow up imo.

Growtherino's picture

Same I had wicked pitting edema in my ankles. Went right away when I switched.
