+ 3 Protein bars
ad
So forgive the pic, I ran out of chocolate, but still delicious, and healthy.
These are organic peanut butter/chocolate protein bars.
The recipe calls for
organic oats
Chocolate protein powder (I use from realscienceathletics.) 3 scoops
Organic peanut butter (santacruz)
Organic honey,
Organic syrup
And lilys mini chocolate chips
Mix 3 scoops of protein powder into the oats, then add a jar and a half of the peanut butter.
About half a bottle of the money, and syrup.
Mix all together. You can put the chocolate chips inside it, or you can melt and spread on top. You do not need to bake these. You make it to your desired consistency, then spread it out evenly on parchment paper in a 9X11 pan. These are really hood pre workout.

They’re really good. My wife and I used to make a similar recipe back in the day
This is awesome brotha, thanks for sharing it! I'm gonna have to try making these soon.
Have you sat down to figure out the macros on it?
Dkoon211I counted the protein at one point, but I can't recall what the total was.
Always a solid deal making at home protein bars. I like to add dried cranberries to mine to break up the texture. And the comment below about rolling them into balls is great advice. Excellent work!
Dkoon211Yeah, you can decide what chemicals to put in it. So sick of seeing the ingredients on all these packages in store with all the un needed trash they put in it.
Dkoon211Here's a better picture of them.
These look amazing!!
Looks and sounds really good Bro!
Looking at the recipe, you could also roll them into protein balls (another option for storage and transport).
Good idea to use them as a gym snack.
I like the idea of protein balls!
Dkoon211That's a great idea
