Ironically I would rather have steaks than prime rib, not a fan of it even with horseradish. We will bbq some boneless ribs for Christmas dinner.
Venison backstrap. Only for the adults in the room. The ham and turkey is for the women and children.
Cheeseburgers and brats. Seasoned fries. Tall beer.
Christmas Eve is our bigger eating day with the seven fishes. That’s what I really look forward to. My fellow Italians or Catholics know what I’m talking about.

Prime rib. Had ham every year growing up and never liked it. Turkey is for thanksgiving imo.

Im not a big fan of ribs, unless they’re boneless from the Chinese place. I think you guys call prime rib fore rib or standing rib roast.

A whole Wolverine glazed in fermented rattlesnake venom and wild mountain honey, served with a side of cougar marrow scooped directly from the bone. Pairs well with my holiday moonshine filtered through a badger pelt. Dessert is great grandma's hard-tack biscuits drowning in milk of opossum.
Because this is a family holiday meal we pull out the larger gold panning pans for our plates instead of the everyday mess kit.

Sweet! I got not liking sushi, it’s not for everyone. I grew up east coast and ate everything that came out of the ocean.

Ham for sure and you use the ham juice to make your rice. May just be a southern thing
I will be sticking to the diet plan all meals will be 2 cups steamed white rice 10oz 94% lean ground turkey with 8oz steamed peas and carrots
I either Buy the rib roast and throw it in my smoker and then sear it on the grill or the whole loin filet mignon. The whole loin is really the way to go because you get a ton of protein for maybe a hundred bucks. I cut 6 or 8 oz steaks out of it. For Thanksgiving I do this turkey in my smoker that really comes out great to the point that I save every little scrap.
Has to be Chicken breast for me, cannot stand the dirty taste of Turkey - reminds me of leg and thigh chicken meat lol
