You need to add a GLP-1 to your stack. Can go with Tirzepatide or Retatrutide. Most in body building world prefer Reta bc it suppresses hunger less and just clears the food noise in your brain. You still need to eat and hit your macros/calories for growth and body recomp. Reta makes that easier. Good luck

Yeah, that’s a real pain in the ass when you’re trying to cut. I think we talked about Reta being good for weight loss but if your having some food noise, I found Tirz works better for that. It suppressed my appetite decently, took away any cravings I had.
