Shit happens daily in the US bro. You only hear about the cases where it’s famous people being murdered. You kinda become numb to it at some point.

It looks like he was completely off his head on drugs, fell out with his parents at an earlier Christmas party and then broke into their house that night and killed them both. One minute he is part of a very wealthy family with everything to live for - the next spending the rest of his life in Jail. I bet he will feel great going cold turkey in there (no pun intended lol) through Xmas and then the full reality of killing your parents for no apparent reason hits you.

I hadn’t heard the particulars yet. Crazy shit. I was an addict well still am just not active. You name it I did it. I always worked for what I had and provided for family first. Have a good career in what I do. Alcohol was hardest and last to go. I don’t count thc and psychedelics for anxiety/depression. I just can’t fathom being so out of it that you kill your parents. It shouldn’t matter rich or poor the same morals should be in place.
