+ 3 Micro-dosing Tren - 150mg or less
ad
Ok so what’s the consensus here? Wanna hear feedback on doing this from anyone experienced with it. Like 50mg x3 times a week, or 20mg ED

The big thing in a lot of these animal studies is they don't run a test base. So basically only tren which then shuts them down so there is no estrogen or testosterone. So is the damage from the lack of exogenous hormones or from the tren?. probably some of both?
There is no proof that a test base is neuroprotective when using tren. So your argument makes no sense.
You have my vote
I was doing that 25 to 40mg eod and i did it for awhile. It wasn't bad since i was able to stay on it for long. It wasn't mind blowing effects but they built up over time. Once i stopped i did realize it was making my sleep a lil messed up and sweating at night. Nothing like doing 100mg a day would cause .
Where was that guy that posted those videos to me?
Here’s what he sent to me

Tren is an extremely powerful anabolic. with tren, more is not more. 150mg a week will be noticeable. I ran it high as fuck and I've tried to run it at damn near microdoses and no matter what, I see the effects
Unc, how low are we talking because the discussion last week was no more than 50/60 mgs a week ED injections. The member claimed sides were basically non existent and ran bloods that were clear. Did you have a similar experience ?
I get sides over 150mg, I ran around 90mg a week and still got that alpha feeling of confidence, strength was steady and recovery was faster. I paired with GW so i didn't see any cardio drop, maybe even increased.
I've swore off tren but everytime I look in my little box of treats, it's there tempting me. Maybe one more time
I think I’m going to try 60mgs
I think most of it is going to depend on your current stats. Someone like me, 20ish BF & getting back into a groove probably won't see the effect. Someone like Pete who is spot on can tailor it more accurately. Seems like the case when you see these pros add absurd compounds weeks out from a show.
If my carbs were low, I didn’t experience many sides. But eventually my nervous system gets fried the longer I go.
Thanks bro I’m trying to be. Are you running any growth by any chance? It was the biggest game changer for me in terms of staying tighter and needing significantly less gear
I am currently doing 3rd before bed. I have noticed significant difference when I’m on. I’ve only been back on TRT for a month so I look forward to seeing how I look and feel late February.
I love me alittle Ace, 50mg-2x a Week(E3D). I know in a lot of ways that is probably laughable.
I think it’s trial and error. However, I was hesitant of 150mg of deca a week but it has done wonders… but cholesterol has gone haywire. Is the low dose worth the stress if the higher does the same??? I’ll know after 20 weeks. You might have to do something similar.
add in some gw or low doses of reta, that should help even out the cholesterol
I actually take Reta 6mg a week split MWF.
I run 100mg deca a week all winter with a shit load of fish oil works good for me
I personally don’t mind it the cholesterol issue… should be temporary. So far I am satisfied, especially since I’m still at a deficit.
I run a little cardarine with it sometimes. Like 10mg a day for like 6 weeks keeps everything in range for me.
I'm a fan much less sides. I've done 20 mg ED, pair it with some var or GH and you have a slow cutter. The best way I've found to microdose is by spot injecting with a slin post workout to the muscle belly's worked, tren base. 10-20mg was effective. Don't do calves tho holy shit
Way too many nerves in the calves lol
I recently did an experiment with tren a where I started at 5 mg a day and bumped the dose up slowly over a few weeks to 50 mg a day. I’ll give my general impression below:
- 35 mg/week: didn’t notice anything
- 50 mg/wk: maybe some better recovery, maybe I imagined it
- 75 mg/wk: definite boost to recovery and energy levels. Mentally I felt incredible. No sides. Cardio at this dose felt effortless
- 150 mg/wk: same as above but more so. Night sweats and a little insomnia. Cardio feels harder than normal here.
- 250 mg/wk and up: you know what to expect here. Definite bodybuilding effects, nice and dry, strength through the roof, bad insomnia, insane sweating at all times, feel like a god amongst mortals, etc.
I should note that I don’t really get the rage or paranoia that others talk about on any gear, including tren so take that into account
700mg of ace and I pulled a dude out of his car window in traffic for almost hitting me. I do not recommend doing either of those.
I believe it. I just don’t/won’t run doses like that. This was obviously a limited experiment time wise. I actually think 50 mg/wk would probably give results if ran long enough.
Kinda got this idea from a cyclist friend who runs trt with 50-70 mg tren during his off season training and swears it’s like a magic bullet for recovery. I do think it helps but I was at the end of a decently big cycle (for me) so idk how it would be to just run like 200 test 150 tren or whatever
Bro, If you’re polishing an already-built physique, low-dose Tren can work. In that context, micro-dosing makes sense. Answering your question… 20mg/30mg ED.
But if you’re actually building muscle, in my opinion anything under 300 mg/week is largely underwhelming. Tren is incredibly potent, yes, but there’s still a threshold where its anabolic and repartitioning effects really show up in real-world results.
I also strongly prefer acetate pinned ED, worst case EOD. The reason is simple: most of Tren’s sides are dose-peak dependent, not just dose-dependent. Big peaks and valleys amplify anxiety, BP spikes, night sweats, prolactin issues, and sleep disruption. ED injections flatten the curve and tend to make the compound much more tolerable for experienced users.
A lot of people fear Tren because of sides, but ironically many of those sides are made worse by infrequent injections and chasing “convenience dosing.” Keeping blood levels stable usually equals better results with fewer problems.
So, basically … tolerance is individual. There’s no universal right or wrong imo … just what fits your phase, experience level, and risk tolerance.
