I tried it over the course of like a week and a half at doses ranging from 100mcg up to 500mcg per night and didn't notice anything from it.
I did but only took it on Saturday and Sunday night bc I can’t get enough time to sleep it off during the week. Plus what I read said the affects carry over. It definitely seem to help me sleep better. Did have more vivid dreams but I like that. Helped lower my pain from arthritis some too. I was just thinking I need to open up a vial of that again. It’s been a few months now.
I did. Actually made everything worse for me. I was getting disrupted sleep while taking it and I'd wake up with really bad anxiety anxiety and mind racing. Never had that in my life. Once I stopped, so did that. Dreams were WILD and vivid. So if you have kids that keep you up at night, don't do it. I'm sure it works if you get hours of straight sleep though as I've heard many good things from friends.

I been on small doses of DSIP, supplements like Magnesium Glycinate, D3/K2, Zinc, i am sleeping well.
Also, using Selank 10mg & Semax 10mg as a daily use for better cognitive, less stress and better focus.
