It's my first time on gear in 10 years so I forgot more than I know. I'm starting with tren E 200mg a week tes 250mg a week and nova for the estro. I really need some help with diet/supplements/training/ cardio every fucking thing I'm 39 now and I want to be swole & safe!!! HELP
I would recommend tossing in some GW with tren to help mitigate the sides of tren on cardio. 200mg is low but extremely effective and IMO, a great dose.

You want to be safe, so you pick the most toxic injectable lmao. I'm also 39 and running Unc's tren E, but only at 100mg a week right now. Tren can cause high prolactin and grow you some tits. Take P5P and keep caber on hand to control your prolactin. Unless you want some milkers.
Tren is not even close to the most toxic anabolic. M-tren, superdrol, halotestin, shit even winstrol is more toxic. Stop parroting YouTube influencer garbage. Yea at 300mg plus it feels like shit, but it’s not even close to the most toxic. I would recommend something like 100mg a week to start to see how he gets along with it though.

Towards the Heart, Liver and Kidneys I would say it is the most Toxic when taking all 3 organs into account - the others mainly affect the Liver and/or the kidneys and not the Heart as much.
Liver stress isn’t the only metric to determine how toxic something is.
