I use it for sleep and when I'm winding down for the night. Ill take one dose to start helping me to relax and another hour or two later I'll take about the same amount to knock me down. It's non additictive too which really makes it special because of how well it works you would think you'd become dependent on it.. but its not the case. This is coming from someone who had been addicted to benzos for years (10+ bars a day) among other drugs.
its truly a miracle and I hope nothing ever happens to it. You do build a slight tolerance to it after a few weeks but the beauty of it is, is you can just stop taking it for a week, then go back at it and the magic is still there.
It doesn't have to be used for sleep either, if I take 1/3 or even 1/4 of my sleep dose it works super well for social situations.
