friend, what are you saying, we were back on time with the orders within a week, after I lost several 2FA and other important data, we were no longer late, then I put the website into maintenance to partially solve the problem, now we are shipping the orders already paid, as soon as I open the website the new orders will arrive within a week
I paid on Nov 7th it's been 18 days no shipment yet no ETA via ID either and with the holiday week approaching this is easily going to cross into 3 week+ for delivery thats what I mean. There's no reason you should advertise to open the site when you haven't fulfilled my and many others orders. FR me and we can take this offline if you want
