I'd wager he's using protonmail for both his info and keytech emails. aand there all tied to his 2FA (same with his eroids acc) which he likely cant recover otherwise he would have done so.
When he says hardware issue he's most likely alluding too his physical 2FA device whether that is a phone or a keyfob. His website is up and he has access to the backend which explains why he has the shipping information for his customers since he's not asking for it or a name in tg just Order ID / wallet address you payed.
If you've done business with him before you'd know that payment info and verification all take place via email which explains why his shipping process has turned into a complete shitshow. Since he doesnt have access to them. Likely a back and forth very manual process between him and his hired help.
