Well guys I finally got it done, and got 2 more sessions to go and must saying I've got better movement in my shoulder now after it and less pain,
Anyone who doesn't know the background, I had a subacromial decompression and had 4mm of the bone shaved off and my physio messed up giving me an exercise that caused more pain and told me to keep doing it even after it caused me more pain, so I told the surgeon I didn't want another surgery after he suggested it and have been in pain since, so got discharged and here I am and amazed by cupping.

Well guys its been few weeks since my last treatment which was leeches and I can safely say I have no pain and full movement in my shoulder, im managing 140kg on flat and 50kg dumbells on incline, some distance of old records but am not a spring chicken anymore lol, but i will say i would recommend both to anyone, since my issues started back in covid so long time ago, so the cupping gave me full movement in my shoulder and the leeches got rid of my pain.

Nah, came back from covid and after 2 weeks of taking it slow and easy I just hammered it and stuffed it
Is wet cupping when she takes both nuts into her mouth at once?
No it’s when you and another guy put your balls into one girls mouth at the same time and your balls touch but it’s not gay
Wet cupping > Chinese cupping with the addition of small cuts to bleed when suction is applied to the cups.
It can be pretty risky for infection.
I’ve had cupping done after a massage and it seemed helpful.
