I get some great BP lowering effects. Especially if I push doses at all. usually only 5-10 points. Also I mean the erections are rock solid no pun intended.
Pharamqo is right up there with anyone. Sad to hear they may be done.
I get a little acid reflux and flushing of the face if I take 20mg. Other than that nothing crazy.

Very effective at 5 to 10 mg kept my blood pressure in check and I was ready for any kind of fun there was one time that me and my girl was going to have some fun so I took 20 mg well 3/4 of the way through I had to quit cuz of the back pumps was so bad product works very effective and strong

+ 2Works as expected. Stiffy all night and pitching a tent in the morning. Much better then viagra in my opinion as last longer. Also great for pumps in the gym . The boost in blood flow enhances endurance during sessions.
Solid. They got some nice packaging . Clearly labelled and professional .
Nasal cavity negation I find with all cials. Guess that adds to the fact it’s good stuff.
Used these tabs a fair few times for the weekend. Very potent. Even with only half a tab. About 10mg. I always used 20mg otherwise. 30mins before action and had the bed rocking.

I tend to get a stuffy nose occasionally but other then that no other sides effects
Overall this product does what it meant to do. I ran 10mg a day taken about 3hrs pre work out. Great pumps and blood flow. Always rock hard when the time came. A+ addition to any cycle

Good brand. Way more effective then what I would get from my high street pharmacist.
Slight headache but this is what I’ve come to expect anytime I’ve supplemented with Tadalafil and I believe it’s from the excess blood flow.
20mg of this really gets the blood flowing nicely.
Used pre workout and got insane pumps during my sessions. Also got an endurance boost so my training sessions were more efficient.

Have used as a workout enhancement as well As one tab prior to workout . Was great for pumps and blood flow. Also keeps my BP down which is and added Health benefit.
Top tier stuff .
No adverse side effects experienced .
Took this 1 hour before fun time and it done the trick. Blood flow right where it needed to be for 8 hours plus for bedroom action. Woke up with a stiffy also.

Pumps in the gym and the bedroom are amazing. I cut them in half but will pop a full pill if the wife gives me a heads up we are getting busy that night.
TADALAFIL (CIALIS) from them always seem to be effected. Although I have not had them 3rd part tested, them have continued to work as advertised.
No side effects other than a small decrease to my blood pressure but I needed that anyway. Sometimes my wife will get annoyed with me as I will follow her around looking to play, but for the most part, it’s a plus.
TADALAFIL (CIALIS) has been a great add on for my TRT. The pumps are great and the increased help in the bedroom is a huge plus. I cut them in half and take them EOD.
I recommend this for preworkout. The pump in the gym alone is well worth it.

Great vascularity and good bones in bed keeps blood pressure under control also if it's not to crazy out of whack

I use 5mg daily to help with blood flow and try to mitigate blood pressure issues while on cycle. Pharmaqo has always been a good choice and works great

+ 2Used 20mg before every workout, and the pumps in the gym were insane. Increased vascularity, increased fullness, and so much tightness within the muscle. Boners were harder and lasted longer but I didn't use the drug for this reason.
Brand never let me down, and I noticed such a great effect from it I know the quality was amazing.
I had some headaches when I first started using it, but that went away fast. Random boners were also becoming a problem especially when I was in a lecture hall.
All around great drug PWO, and for sexual health.

+ 2I don't have the sexual issues as I'm on TRT but I think it does somehow make me yet harder. I use 10mgs for preworkout and get unreal pumps. 5mgs would probably do the trick but I always have a problem dividing the pills.
I've used the pharmaqo brand and it worked as well or better than other brands. Never paid for the pharmaceutical stuff. Never needed to.
No negative side effects. Seems to help my blood pressure as well.
I love this stuff for preworkout.
I recommend this for preworkout. The pump alone is well worth it.

Some flushing in the face I noticed the first few days of taking it, but over time that subsided.
I took 20 mg daily, increased pumps, lower BP while on cycle, highly recommend.

Yes, I know...sick pumps when you run it with a cycle. That being said, I use this for the original purpose, sexual. This product is true to its advertising, giving you the ability to get and stay rock hard throughout the day, different from Viagra in that it's long lasting.
