I take 10mg before every lift and it is incredibly noticeable in terms of vascularity and pump compared to when I do not take any.
The dosing is consistent and I get the same effect every time knowing the outcome of a mean ass pump and crazy ass vascularity.
Sometimes I get a mild headache but couldn't tell you if it's from the cialias, or the 600mg of caffeine or both. Assuming it's more of the cialis but worth mentioning the high caffeine intake as well.
The tadalafil by Pharmaqo is amazing and is exactly what you expect from tadalafil.
Amazing stuff every lifter natural or enhanced should be taking this stuff.

I used one tablet a few months ago as a pre-workout pump. My buddy bought it and I wanted to use it to test out effectiveness. Pump was incredible. Only downside is, it is a blood pressure med so it unfortunately did lower my bp where I had a thrombin headache. But it was worth the pump.
Kicked in smoothly within about 30–45 minutes and lasted well into the next day. Not just for bedroom use either—it gave a solid boost in gym pumps and vascularity too. Great overall performance enhancer.
Packaging looked clean and professional. Effects were consistent every time I used it—felt like proper dosing. No sketchy crash or off-feeling after. Pharmaqo seems to be on point with quality control.
Minimal sides. Just a slight stuffy nose and a mild headache once or twice, but nothing major. No flushing or rapid heartbeat like with other brands. And since it's oral, no PIP at all.

Worked great. Insane pumps (in the gym & in the bed room)
Works amazing. I’m on TRT and was in danger of being removed due to high blood pressure. I chose this route after I read the multiple benefits it provides. As long as the hydration is on par, the pumps are insane. I crush and take under the tongue 45 minutes pwo. BP has also dropped into normal range.
Pharmaqo is always top tier with everything I have used from them. This is no different. I have had zero issues or worries about it.
Obviously no pip, only side is sometimes I will get a headache for about 10-15 minutes after taking. I think that my lack of hydration and early morning workouts might play a part too, otherwise no negatives
Got this to help with pumps and blood pressure issues. Has been fantastic for both, plus always rock hard when it counts! lol will continue purchasing for ongoing use.

Tbh I’m not 100% I noticed much. I DID notice a bit of a boost but nothing special, waited ages to get these as well so maybe my overhype to receive it ruined my expectations. I noticed pumps were a tiny bit better but the downstairs really didn’t do a lot for me personally. Everyone is different though and perhaps I’m needing bigger doses but I did take up to 3 per day so I dono
Works like it should, i use 5mg a day and find this works best. Cuts out the side effects. If i want a boost then ill just up the dose.

Been using ciallis for over a year now. I take 5mg every morning and find that works best for me. Keeps the little guy going the way it should and gives a decent pump also. Taking 5mg a day cuts out the side effects too.

By Naps anyone need new source

+ 1On 20mg my blood pressure lowered flush face got flush. Erection quality was not as good as other ugl and Indian pharma products that were dosed with the same mg
Product worked but it did not last as long and the quality of erection was not as good as other Ed pills

The only down side I've noticed is that it gives me a flushed/red face in the evenings, especially after having any alcohol and in the time between taking it and training, I occasionally get a slightly uncomfortable sinus pressure.
I take 10 mg every morning on training days. I've found it gives great pumps and helps a little during hard cardio. Outside of training Cialis has a noticeable effect on erection strength and frequency and I've been able to perform sexually at levels I haven't since I was much younger. Overall, I would absolutely recommend.

I did not use it regularly, only when needed or i can say when i wanted to. It gave me strong and hard erections that lasted till next day. 20 mg was enough for me at one time. I used it for pre workout and it gave me excellent pumps. Again i did not use it regularly for pre workouts but when i used it was noticeable.
I have used it myself and i have no problem recommending to my friends or anyone looking to use cialis.
Everything comes with side effects and depends how you manage. A very little headache that is not bothering. Erections can be painful sometimes.
Overall more than satisfactory product.
You can trust and use this product with no problems.
