9 week Lab update

This is labs from week 9 of kits4less Test C 200mg pinned every 3 days. Also using Titans Mast E at 100mg every 3 days. Added 50mg NPP every 2 days about 3 weeks ago to help with some nagging shoulder discomfort and so far it seems to have helped but I'm thinking it may be the reason my E2 number has spiked, so I will start an AI today to hopefully help lower it a bit. If not, ill probably end the NPP. Apparently the Mast E from Titan is good, because I've had zero noticeable sides from the high Estrogen numbers. The blood work was preformed exactly 24 hours after my last pin.
Any suggestions on dosage for Arimidex to possibly lower this Estradiol? Arimidex is all I have available at the moment.

E2 at 109?
Yep, that’s way off, brother
You’ll definitely want to bring that down grab some Adex or Aromasin and start low. Just don’t nuke it completely, crashing E2 feels worse than having it high. Lethargy, zero libido, dry joints, mood tanked … the whole deal.
Find that middle ground; you want to control it, not erase it.
Get Anastrozole, you only need to take it once or twice a week at that because it's very effective at keeping estrogen in check.
Never ran any AI. I have Arimidex in case I ever needed it but 58 is the highest my Estro has ever gotten and had zero symptoms so never used it. I still dont have any symptoms at this 109 number, just figured that it being that high may not be good health wise, but i really dont know. I figured I would maybe at least try to lower that 109 number down to at least double digits to be safe.
Well high estrogen for men is not good and it can lead to gyno so if i was you I would get it in check. I take anastrozole which is Arimidex and I only need it once or twice a week at most.

200 mg at 3x/week is a cycle, with those Test proving it. What AI do you usually run with Estro that high from previous cycles ?
I’d start with 12.5 aromasin m w f then re run after a few weeks.
Nandrolone or NPP and Test is estrogen city, that'll certainly explain the spike. You could up the Mast to compensate or put the AI in place.
Npp leads to estro issues?
I am so fucked, I am on test, npp, dhb and primo right now fuck I am turning straight female with all this estrogen.
