I seen below something you posted on focusing on eggs STEAK etc... how often are you eating steak compared to chicken? Depending on the cut of steak its going to have higher fat content and steak itself is harder to digest, chicken as shitty as it is will be your best friend cutting weight.
Lately, chicken has been bothering me with digestion. I prefer fish or Turkey. Meat in general should be consumed moderately.
I’ll switch between steak, chicken, and seafood quite frequently. Steak and swai fish are my favorites though.

I agree. My biggest issue before reta was my horrible snacking habits and I ran it to wipe that out and it has. I’m now easily following a simple whole food diet of fruits, veggies, and meats. Dropping back off the reta mostly and running test now to bulk back up.

You got skinnier but on Reta if you would have got the diet dialed in and hit the gym consistently you would be showing some muscle definition by now as well it's good shit.
Definitely a good point. You’ve gotta adjust the diet ASAP … you’re not supposed to be losing lean mass during this process, especially with the anti-catabolic effects of Reta.
Currently running one of Jeff Nippards programs. 5 days a week. Upper, Lower, Rest, Push, Pull, Legs. I definitely slacked on my protein intake but I was struggling getting it very 1000 calories a day mainly. Focused on eggs and steak and a protein shake a day at least but lost 5LB muscle during the cut.
Yes on Reta every time you eat it needs to be protein to keep the muscle and hopefully build some while on it.

Excellent split for fatigue management while keeping solid frequency.
But if you’ve been following proper progressive overload with focus and consistency, I honestly don’t get how your physique flattened out that much… I’d guess you lost both muscle volume and fat. That’s not something you usually see while running Retatrutide …it’s got a surprisingly anti-catabolic, muscle-sparing effect in most people.
Are you on any hormonal protocol right now? TRT or cycling something during these 7 weeks? I don’t know your full routine, but I’d say fix your diet ASAP. Keep a tight balance between macros, mainly protein and carbs. That’ll help you drop more fat while holding lean tissue, which will make your look in the mirror improve dramatically.Props for the progress regardless … you clearly dropped weight. Just pointing out a small detail, not trying to sound like a smartass, brother.
It was definitely my diet, my calorie intake a day was roughly 1000 while I’m burning around 3000 a day… it put me in a huge deficit. I tried to only put protein in when I was able to eat eggs, steak, protein shakes etc… but I know that was the issue.
