Dude it depends on what results you are looking for, are you bulking, or wanting to be leaner, etc. Then there are other questions are you in shape, are you overweight, are you trying to lose body, fat, etc.?

With that information I wouldn’t suggest a “big boy cycle “ for you. Honestly I’d work on losing more weight first. There are a lot of compounds that will not give you the results you may be looking for if you are overweight carrying too much body fat. With that being said Anavar and a higher dose of Test like between 200–300 mgs per week would be a suggestion for you.
Losing 30 pounds is awesome and it sounds like you are serious about losing weight and working out in the gym. With the weight loss I’m sure you are seeing your body composition change in a good way. Keep up the great work. You want to get the body fat down enough to where you are actually able to see the results from your hard work in the mirror as far as your muscle mass.

Just had blood work done after 6 weeks of doing 200mg a week test c. Total test come back 1195ng/dl but free was 23pg/ml. Does the free seem low? I’ve always been around 1000-1200 total an around 20 free while going through a doctor. After looking on here I see a lot of people with way higher free.
Running test too high causes sbgh to rise as its pushing to rebalance. Thats why trt is....trt. In a normal range the free test would be higher.
So is it bad to keep my total at 1000-1200 range all the time? When I was at the trt clinic they had me on 250mg a week an I was always around 1300-1400 total.when I switch to a primary doc she dropped it to 200 an I stay around 1000-1200 total. When I did this blood work my wbc,rbc,hgb,hct was all on the high side but nothing way over. Instead of just donating blood like I did with the clinic she took my prescription away and told me come completely off.
