At 23 with multiple AFib episodes in 5 months, you’re already playing with fire just being on TRT, let alone adding more compounds. No PED is “low risk” for your heart in that situation … not GH(my bad didn’t know the whole scenario), not orals, not 19-nors, not even mild DHTs.
If your goal is longevity, stay laser-focused on cardiac recovery, blood pressure, electrolytes, and rhythm stability before touching anything else. Once your cardiologist clears you and things are fully under control long term, then maybe TRT at a truly therapeutic dose makes sense. Until then, adding gear isn’t enhancement … it’s a gamble with loaded dice IMHO… not a doc but adding BPC157 and TB500 could be a great idea…
I bet what I’m about to say is something you’ve heard a million times before. But don’t get discouraged … it could just be a temporary thing, and you might bounce back or even overcome most of it. Just make sure you’ve got your doctor in the loop, brother … that’s the safest route for you IMHO.

I come off twice a year for two full months no pct or trt I feel fucking fabulous those two months - plus the drugs work better when you start back up again.
