Hey everyone,
I’m 26 and have been training seriously for the past few years. My main focus right now is on building lean muscle while keeping my conditioning tight. I’ve dialed in my nutrition and recovery, and I’m looking to document my progress here and learn from others with more experience.
Current stats:
Age: 26
Height: 178 cm
Weight: 80 kg
Body fat: ~13%
Training split: Push/Pull/Legs (6 days/week)
Diet: High-protein (around 2g/kg), moderate carbs, clean bulk
I’m planning to start a moderate cycle soon focused on lean gains and performance improvement, keeping health and longevity as top priorities. I’ll share full details once I finalize everything and would love feedback from the community on dosing, support supplements, and post-cycle recovery.
