Hey everyone,

I’m 26, 178 cm, 80 kg, and just about to start my first cycle Training 6 days a week with a push/pull/legs split and keeping calories around 3,000 a day.

I’ve got my macros roughly planned — high protein, moderate carbs, moderate fats — but I’m still unsure about what specific foods or additions might help me make the most of this cycle.

Right now my diet looks like this:

Breakfast: oats, whey, peanut butter

Lunch: chicken, rice, veggies

Snack: Greek yogurt or tuna

Dinner: lean beef or salmon, potatoes, greens

I’m considering adding things like:

Whole eggs vs. egg whites?

Red meat frequency — daily or every other day?

Should I throw in shakes between meals or stick to whole foods?

Any “must-have” supplements beyond the basics (whey, creatine, fish oil, multivitamin)?

Would love to hear what’s worked best for you guys when running similar cycles — especially for keeping strength up while staying fairly lean.

Appreciate any input!
