+ 7 12 WEEK LABS FROM TITANS/APORDERS

ad

500mg Test E, 400mg Mast E, 400mg Tren E weekly from TITANS. Inject twice weekly. Sunday mornings and Wednesday evenings. 25mg Proviron daily from APORDERS.

Bloods were drawn late Saturday morning. They’re taking their sweet ass time with estradiol.

Pretty happy with everything. I feel great. Happy with the Test levels. No Tren sides except occasional night sweats. Mast has me feeling great mood wise. Lipids are trashed. I struggle with lipids even off cycle. It’s my cross to bear.

Also, would like to see labs from before juicing. Proviron is at 25mg, 50mg on cycle works best but your mast must be real and low Tren E is smart. Your lipids are not bad! I bet you are sleeping very well which enhances growth. Maybe next time you can ask for a female panel for estrogen levels or just ask if you feel comfortable. Roids are very common these days and many young doctors will prescribe rather than lecture. Years back I asked my doctor and his only complaints about roids was having to drain puss from stupid guys Glutes. He is in his late seventies now and jacked!

Lipids and total test from July 30th 2024. At this time I was off of everything including test for 6 months because reasons. I didn’t get bloods before starting this cycle.

CHOLESTEROL, TOTAL - 203 H
HDL CHOLESTEROL - 56
TRIGLYCERIDES - 126
LDL-CHOLESTEROL - 123 H mg/dL
CHOL/HDLC RATIO - 3.6
NON HDL CHOLESTEROL - 147 H

TESTOSTERONE, TOTAL, MALES (ADULT), IA - 282

I did start with 50mg of Proviron but it felt like it was crushing me if that makes sense.

My bad. I skipped over the pending tests. I sure hope you post them when you can. I do get cutting back on Proviron as it is hard to hide a woody or focus when your body is distracted. My partners call it sexercise. Once you use Proviron on a cycle you will again and again. Keep up your picture posts as I relate to your preferences

Nice levels! Seems like the proviron (or mast) is freeing up your test

This is my first go with Proviron. Not sure it’s doing much more than just running mast for free test. Although when I take it in the morning I do feel a pretty quick libido boost.

Both could be doing it

Awesome free test. But ya your lipids are shot. You’re on a pretty solid supplement stack for lipids. Basically The same one I used to dramatically improve mine in 6-7 weeks. RYR is one of the best supplements, but most of the brands do not actually contain any lovastatin. Buy the one from this link. It was tested to contain real lovastatin. The 1000mg of niacin you’re taking, it’s the flushing kind right? The flush free stuff doesn’t do shit for lipids. Niacin is one of the few supplements that’s shown to actually raise HDL. The one thing you aren’t taking that can help is policansol. I also buy it from this same source, as well as my coq10. How much cardio are you doing? Cardio is one of the best things you can do for lipids.

Thanks for the advice on the red yeast rice. It is a flushing a niacin. Cardio is there but I haven’t been pushing it. Definitely going to try out your brand of red yeast rice and up the cardio.

I suggest looking into retatrutide for lipids if you are trying to avoid statins. A low dose, like 1mg per week can drastically improve your triglycerides and LDL.

Thanks for posting. Enjoy your cycle.

Thanks. I do have Reta around. I started consistently taking Cardarine this past week as well.

Why not reta + ezetimibe? That's what I've been doing, no endurance benefit like cardarine gives but I don't like the cancer risk of running it long-term.

ezetimibe was recommended in another thread. may go that route.

id be interested to see your before and after results

I have taken carderine as well , 10mg a day. I would say Reta has a better impact on lipids than carderine. I also take a decent sized supplement stack like you do. That Reta was pretty much magic for LDL. I haven’t seen my LDL over 100 since I started taking it. Just keep an eye on RHR before and after you start it if you go down that path.

Guess I’ll be mixing some up and check lipids in another 12 weeks taking Reta and Cardarine.

+1 with those 2 addition. Adding Citrus Bergamont 1200mg am and pm will also help with lipids.

I hadn't considered this benefit. noticing any other effects when running low dose reta?

cruznet's picture

I don’t have enough data accumulated yet.Only anecdotal for now. I do think Reta has some benefits of keeping me stable in weight whether eating more or less. At 5mg per week or lower there is no hunger suppression for me. Going over 6mg changes my appetite.

I just recently built a blood panel that I will be using to see how things change over time. It includes thyroid , insulin, glucose, and this other panel that’s called insulin resistance score. It’s in my pictures if you want to see the labs I posted this month.
