Gotcha. Used to pct all the time back in the day in fear of losing fertility by staying on all the time. Now that we've popped out kids, cruising/bridging in between blasts has been an absolute game changer for me.

You think coming completely off for only 6 weeks and blasting over a gram is more heart safe than moderately blasting 750mg or less and then cruising on 100mg ? Always enjoy hearing others opinions and takes.
Unless it’s a cycle where I’m using EQ most of my cycles are only 8-10 weeks. The EQ cycles are 16 weeks at least. So there are many times during the year that I’m completely off gear. So yes I would say that it’s more heart healthy than constantly using test year round for years and years. I meant that’s a no brainer honestly. And if you are only pinning 100 mgs during the cruise phase of the year, what’s the point? You may as well come completely off in between cycles. 100 mgs isn’t even a TRT dose for most people. But once again, to each their own.
100mgs gets me to 960 cruising for 16 weeks and every blood marker in check, sounds like a smart move. Coming off completely and crashing to 0 sounds lame and more harsh in the system. 6-8 weeks could barely get your lipids back in check and by the time they are, you're starting again and lowering hdl. Seems like your bloods are always on a wild roller coaster ride on that protocol. But no one knows for sure! We all got our ways.

Alot of the metabolites stay in you for months. 6-8 week off periods I can't imagine being all that helpful unless your only using test.
Currently this test and EQ cycle is the longest cycle I’ve ever been on. There are times I do a strictly test cycle. And there are times I do test, Deca, and Mast P.
Yeah I believe deca metabolites were detected 8 months post cycle. I'm not trying to talk you out of anything, as I do believe cleaning out every so often is good. But maybe should look into it just in case the yoyo'ing of your hormones that often ends up not being worth it.
Yes sir I totally agree with you there. I use a 6-8 week sometimes or a 10 -14 week off period it depends on how I feel towards the end of a cycle. I get bloods done often. And my Dr helps me ensure my heart health is where it needs to be.
