dude its crazy. when I start to feel like im depleted from my lift I somehow am able to keep going. you know when youre in the gym probably too long, you burned through all your carbs, your no longer getting a pump.. to halo that isnt even a problem. I'm able to get to that point, then push past it, then hop on the treadmill for 60 min of cardio. The post workout high I get after is fucking amazing.
