Help Needed Mixing TB500 & BPC157

I have 10 mg of TB500 (came with 2ML of water) and 5mg of BPC157. I’m getting overwhelmed trying to determine how to dose these two. Not sure if my stats are of any significance but I’m 6’0 and 54 y/o 17.5% body fat and 172 lbs. Will be having surgery and would like to expedite recovery. Any mixing and dosage recommendations would be greatly appreciated. TIA

anvilEasy , 1ML in 10 mg, 10 units is 1mg. On the 5mg 1ML and 20 units is 1mg. 500mcg of each daily is good. 10 units of the TB, 5 units of the BPC. daily

That's because the dosage is all over the place for them. A lot of people take .5mg a day or 1mg every other day. For the 5mg BPC 157 add 1 ml of bac water. The 20 mark on the insulin syringe is 1mg of peptide.
For the TB 500 add 2ml of bac water and the 20 mark on the insulin syringe is 1mg of TB 500.
So every 10 iu on insulin syringe is .5 mg of peptide.
