I know it sounds like bs but I feel daily electrolytes go a long way (one with high potassium) when I’m doing a very physical job. It looks like inflammation from overuse to me

That’s crazy. I literally got the same thing going on in my left wrist. I use wrist straps for everything heavy now. I don’t overuse them but if I’m lifting heavy I strap up. Give it a solid week of rest, ice a few times a day and when you go back make sure to ice after each workout. Mine still flare up every now and then but not nearly as bad

I've never needed more than 50mg a week. I've done 25mg on pin days and 6.25 a day which works out to 43.75mg a week. Do you have anything to combat prolactin from the deca?

I take 6.25 ED. Honestly I think there has been arguments over the years from what I remember that its very difficult to "tank" your E2 on Aromasin. Adex yes. Aromasin no.
Also I think when some say "tank" they mean low E2. While others when they say "tanked" they mean it is TANKED!
