Their customer service is poor, and they don’t honor the promises they make.
Here’s my experience with them:
The source @ugfreak states on their website that they offer price matching plus an additional 10% discount.
They sell Dragon Pharma Reta for $145.
Another high-ranked source (I won’t name it here, but I provided them with the link) sells the same brand and product for $85.
I was planning to order 4x Reta from Ugfreak only because they carry Para Pharma Primo, while the other source sells Primo at a higher price.
When I contacted Ugfreak about their price match and additional discount policy, their support replied that they offer a crypto discount instead, which supposedly makes them cheaper.
That’s ridiculous—they brought up a promotion that’s not even mentioned in their price match policy.
Meanwhile, the other source offers 20% immediate store credit, up to 40% off with review coupons, and perks like picture credits.
I didn’t even mention those extras—I only pointed out the base price—because Ugfreak’s own policy states “price match,” not “promo match,” “crypto discount match,” or anything like that. But they still refused.
So this $240 total price difference from a proper match, plus a further 10% (~$34), may have been too much for them.
I even offered a compromise: just give me a single vial of HCG as a goodwill gesture. No discount, no further promos—I could even choose a cheaper Reta variant from their own listing to avoid feeling overcharged.
But they still refused.
Their customer service is also extremely slow—it took them two days just to say no to something they themselves advertise on their website.
Our customer service is not poor. You, on the other hand. Well...
You want us to price match something, and we tell you IF you will be using crypto, then it's already cheaper at our shop. If you're purchasing with other payment methods, then we can offer the price match. Obviously if our price is cheaper with crypto, than our competitors, we don't price match it. You're not the first customer who have been informed of this, but we can promise you, you're the first to make it a huge deal, get at us for our "poor service", saying it's ridiculous and not getting it. Luckily it's everyone else always saw the obvious good deal with our BTC and understood it doesn't make sense to price match something if it's already cheaper with crypto.
Furthermore, don't forget it was general information, NOT for that specific product. We informed you how the price match would work, also because you shared other products with us that the other source has out of stock, while also mentioning their cheaper prices which we obviously won't be price matching since it's out of stock. But you are so eager to act the way you're acting, that you're not reading that part. Let's do the math for you. The other source sells it for $85. We sell it for $145. 145-40% = $87. THEIR price is cheaper, meaning we'd sell it to you for 85−10% = $76.50 BUT as explained, you didn't understand us sharing how it works.
Our promotion doesn't need to be mentioned in the price match policy. As mentioned, everyone else until now, understands no need to price match when cheaper with our discount. Congrats on being the first one to not get it though.
lol the 34 dollars are not too much for us, you obviously haven't seen how much free gear we've been given out for years. But of course, your action and attitude speaks for itself. And we'd appreciate you not lying about responding two days later. We were exceeding the 24 hours a bit, then you were very eager to send out more messages, pushing your messages back in que and that last message was responded to in 13 hours.
No one refused it. We explained you the price match wouldn't work with out of stock products or if we sell it cheaper with our discount. So to sum it up: You refused it yourself. All you focused on was our explanation on how it works and disagreeing with it. So much, that you didn't get the price was cheaper at the other vendor even with our crypto discount and we'd have to sell it at their price and 10% extra discount.
And on top of that, we had 2 of the 3 products in stock, the other source didn't have in stock. We even told you we got the Para Pharma version in stock at 85 and only 51 with crypto discount. Don't forget, before we got back to you, you told us "I’ll buy para’s Retatrutide x4, para primo x2, para accutane x1. Crypto discount is more than enough." - so the whole debate about the Dragon Pharma Reta makes even less sense. And again, we'd price match it if you wanted it, but you're too busy arguing how it should work the way YOU want us to make it work and what not. them if you want to. We wish there was no need for this dramatic exit, or that you'd understand you'd get it cheaper at our place, but that's your call. Take care and best of luck.
One more time, agree to disagree. You cannot bring up promos if you promised price matching. The other vendor also has promos top of their already cheaper price. They have 20% instead store credit + up to 40% discount on your next purchase if you review + $ store credit for photos. I didn’t mention that.
I only told you base price. With promotions you’re even more behind. You kept saying but ‘we have promo’. Everybody does have promos if you haven’t noticed.
If a source makes a promise and tries to find around, I call that business sketchy if not even worse. And if their customer service is slow and lack of understanding, I call it ‘poor customer service’.

Yes and still haven’t realized but right after your first response, it wasn’t about discount. I decided buy on elsewhere back then but I called you out for your sketchy business. Who cares any discount with a poor company? Not me obviously.
We never "promised" you anything. To make it clear for anything, the "promise" he speaks of is what our price match policy states. You came to price match and included 2 items out of stock at the other vendor and said they were cheaper, and we said you can't price match out of stock products and it's cheaper with our 40% crypto discount if you plan to use crypto. It's not our fault you focus on the out of stock products and didn't just order the product. THEN you wanted the Para brand instead and would've gotten it cheaper.But rather than placing the order, you'd argue about we can't mention our 40% discount. Clearly the lack of understanding is on your end. You never understood you could place the Dragon Reta and we'd honor the price match there. And we responded in half a day. Take it or leave it, we reply within 24 hours.
Obviously you have some issues and having some kind of minor meltdown. It looks like we dodged a bullet here. Take care.

Funny enough i just placed an order with these guys, and then they allowed me to participate in their promo.
I asked to be in the promotion, and they allowed me to participate. There was some confusion regarding the order, but I ended up receiving four vials of Testo E 250, a pack of Cialis, and a pack of Aromasin. I took half of an Aromasin pill, and I have to say it’s stronger than the 12.5 mg Aromasin I usually have. Typically, I need to take one 12.5 mg pill with every injection, but with their Aromasin, I’ve only taken half of a pill about a week ago, and I'm already impressed with its effectiveness at reducing my e2 symptoms
on another note, their international shipping is pretty dang fast.
I will upload bloodwork (testosterone) and see where numbers are in about 4 weeks. i always do bloodwork on new sources.
