Noone injects into connective tissues. If spot injections worked, my glutes would be massive!!!!!! Cmon people...its vascular..non vascular...that counts. You can inject anywhere and the body absorbs into the BLOODSTEAM. And delivered to needed area.

How deep do you need to pin to get into a tendon? Serious question. Sounds very painful. I have only heard of guys pinning bpc sub-q but not something I've ever tried.
Injecting directly into a tendon is not a standard medical practice. And is considered experimental. Injecting directly into a tendon can cause tendon rupture and weakening of the tendon.
I wouldn’t do it personally. It’s often suggested that injecting it near the site of tendon injury may be more effective for promoting healing.
