I will warn you, the flavor sucks. But we eat for fuel! It’s also lactose free which I react better to so I choke it down.
I have 2 shakes a day (4 whole meals). The morning shake when I wake up is 2.5 scoops of carnivore! It’s a chore to drink sometimes but honestly too good of a deal to pass up.
