+ 21 13 month transformation

I started lifting again13 months ago in July weighing 140lbs. Ending my last bulk i was 196lbs. In the past Ive had years of consistency, but due to life. Mainly being released from prison, fitness took a back seat to me trying to get my life together. Here are some pics from along the way. Sorry for picture quality.

Damn isnt it crazy what that street life will do to us id hate to look up some of my old mug shots but real good work bro ! For me after my prison bids cause I never could bring myself to do much exercise inside once I got out its tge muscle memory watching how fast a body can bounce back

Thank you. I agree. My mug shots are ridiculous.I think one of the main reasons ive gotten such progress is muscle memory. That plus the gear of course.

Thank you brotha. I ended my bulk at 196. At the end of the cut I was 170lb. So about 30lbs solid. I have definitely started to recieve attention, 99% are men unfortunately lol.

Good strategy….you got this! Out of curiosity … over these 13 months, I imagine you’ve used many different compounds and done multiple blasts. In your opinion, what was the real game-changer? The one that gave you the biggest gains, or at least made you feel like you were truly improving your physique?

Thanks for sharing your experience, bro.
For recomp, Test + Primo or Mast E worked really well for me with both.
For cutting, nothing beats Test + Mast + Tren in my opinion (as always, diet is the real key).
When it comes to bulking like a king, the best run I’ve had was with Test + NPP + Tren E.

In my next growth phase, I’ll be testing two new compounds at different times … DHB and MENT. Got both stocked up in the vault already, and I’ll be doing my own deep dive on them.

Nice. I made the mistake of buying years worth of wet compounds like Deca, npp. Dont want it to go to waste so using what I have. But after experimenting Ill definitely be changing to similar approach. Mast, primo etc. How was the npp + tren? What kind of doses and duration? Been thinking of adding tren for the last 6 weeks of bulk.

NPP + Tren is an incredible combo, but you’ve gotta stay on top of prolactin management sooner or later. It all comes down to your goals and tolerance. Some people can blast Tren like crazy and handle it for ages, others can barely touch it without issues. In my opinion, 12 weeks is the sweet spot for really deep results.

If you’re cutting, you can still see big changes in less time, but I personally don’t like running 19-nors for less than 12 weeks either way. Everyone responds differently — you just have to find your own balance with dose and timing.

For bulking, I’d go with Tren E from start to finish and treat it as a builder alongside other compounds, not just as a blast finisher…

It was definitely the first cycle. Deca,test,dbol. There was ALOT of bloat. But when I dropped to a cruise dose the bloat fell off quickly. And after an 8 week cut @around 12%bf I was 168lbs and leaner then before I hopped on. So 30lbs quality in 20 weeks.
