To everyone who swore my low IGF-1 on Titan HGH was my fault… pull up a chair.

This is part three of the saga for those keeping score. Part one was when I posted 210 ng/mL IGF-1 on Titan at 8iu/day and the armchair experts flooded in with every excuse under the sun. Suddenly, my low IGF-1 score was because I was:

• 50mg Anavar/day.
• Same diet, same training.

Only change? Swapped Titan HGH for Dragon HGH, still 8iu/day.

Result? IGF-1 = 398 ng/mL.

Baseline natty IGF-1 before GH was 85. Ultima HGH at 6iu/day put me at 316. Titan at 8iu/day had me at 210. Now Dragon at 8iu/day puts me at 398.

So to all the keyboard endocrinologists diagnosing me from behind a screen: It wasn’t my mixing, my Anavar, my diet, my training, my injection technique, my moon phase, or Mercury in retrograde. It was exactly what I said it was from day one: a bad batch.
