NOTICE 2: If you give your buddies our website, dont tell them to google us. In fact, tell them NOT TO. give them the exact address, if you google us, the scam site will show up at the top, if you google titans to, we show up with no information . I'm going to see if I can remove even that, I don't want people finding us via google. Point being, we are not .sale website, they haven't even updated the willy wonka sale but they've still managed to scam about 500+ people according to their order numbers. Don't fall for it guys, tell your friends.

For those that didn't get the newsletter or see the previous message, we had a site crash, the site itself has lost orders from 31-7 but we have backups of everything. Unfortunately the backups are text based so we are manually going through the list and verifying their statuses one by one which takes a bit of time. We have a team on it and it should take about 20hrs to go through the entire list. We had to pull the site offline since the count is no longer accurate and the order numbers are over lapping. But don't freak out too hard, though this will cause a bit of a headache and delay in shipping for newer orders, we'll get it all sorted. IF you never got an order processing confirmation, there's a chance your order wasn't processed at all, we'll get to those lastly as they will be fairly easy, just resubmit the order when the site is open and they should verify quickly.
