For anyone interested, I posted my journey in the forums with how I did this over the last 15 months. But wanted to share the pics on self shots.
39 years old. 385 - 209 lbs from May 2024 to July 2025.
Long story short, the physical stuff came easy. It’s the mindset and mental focus that is sooo damn hard. However, if I can do it, anyone can.

I know back when I went from being a 115lb drinker to a few years later just being around 185 I would see people who know me from back then and wave hi to them in the street, and they would just look back at me wondering who the hell is that!! LMAO
Yess it’s honestly such a good feeling. Congrats on moving away from the daily drinking. That’s never been one of my crutches, but I know how much of a struggle that can be as well.
