Hello my name is billy and im 58 years young,and at the age of 55 I was taking mk677 for no more than 2 weeks. They shut me down and I've had hypogonadism since,my last blood test showed 10.2 total test, I've been taking enclomiphene on and off for the last 2 years which got my test up to 20.6 but also put my shbg up to high,and my free test didn't change.So here I am today and I've just had my first bottle of test cypionate 200mg/ml from a ugl and I'm about to start pinning in the next week. I am not under a doctors supervision,so I have a question and it's this if I take enclomiphene at 12.5mg eod will it stop further testicular shrinkage whilst on the test. Thanks Billy

Now let’s get into the Enclo + Test question. Technically, Enclomiphene (12.5mg EOD) can help maintain intratesticular testosterone and LH/FSH signaling while on exogenous test, so yeah it might reduce shrinkage. But here’s the kicker, once you're pinning Test, your pituitary usually shuts down anyway, so Enclo is playing uphill dodgeball. Some guys respond, most don’t. You’ll have to see if your balls listen
Better bet, HCG. 250---500 IU 2x/week will directly stimulate the Leydig cells and keep the boys full. You want cosmetic fullness, That’s your route. You want endocrine purity, Enclo maybe. But HCG is what bodybuilders actually use, not theory
run bloods at 6 weeks. Look at LH, FSH, TT, FT, and E2. Then adjust
Since you already have a vial of test you will end up injecting. I would start at 125 mg a week then after 4 weeks get blood work and adjust. Hcg i would do 250 mcg 3x week then adjust from there. Lots of post on here you can research.
I'm getting a full blood panel on Monday so I've got a baseline,then I was going to do 60mcg Monday and Friday I will have to buy some hcg then. Many thanks for your help.
I would inject closer days. like Tuesday am Friday pm. not sure if it matters but spaced out even. I inject once a week
Why wouldn’t you just go to the doctor and get on TRT? Pick up your test from a pharmacy that you can be 100% sure is what it’s supposed to be and Is sterile. Seems dumb to break the law for something’s that so easily obtainable legally. There’s a ton of drawbacks to doing it like you’re planning without a doctor. And you can really screw yourself up, or worse if you don’t know exactly what you’re doing.
My doctor prescribes me clomid as part of my TRT protocol, but only because HCG is so ridiculously expensive. HCG is a much better option. But at your age I doubt you’re having more kids so who cares?
Doctors in the uk will not treat you unless your below 8.2 I could go private but the costs are extortionate.
Idk what it costs there private, but over here paying cash and not going through insurance typically isn’t very expensive. You’re probably looking at $200-250 twice a year for doctor visit and blood work. A vial of test cyp cash at the pharmacy that lasts most people about 3 months costs $50. So another $200 a year on test. So $600-700 a year to have a legit script that you never have to worry about, especially if you travel. That’s well worth it imo. Anywhere up to $100-150 a month would be worth it for me.
True, its not as easy to get on as it is in the US.
You need to make sure its a good UGL as there is a LOT of shite in the UK.

If shrinkage is your real concern then HCG + Test will be your best bet. Drop the enclomiphene. This story ain't making no sense though tbh. MK677 is not going to shut down natural production. Are you sure that's what you took?
That's what i bought whether it was actually mk in the tub i dont know but it most definitely shut me down,how much hcg would i need a week,thanks for the reply.
I think you should take that experience of using what you thought was mk677 and getting who knows what and learn from it. The lesson learned would be to go through a doctor, follow their advice, and get your stuff from a legitimate pharmacy. If you are really looking for genuine replacement therapy then this would be the smart way to go. Get with a urologist and express your concerns. Let them review your blood work and advise you. There is no good reason to do something like that without the supervision of a professional when it is so easy to find a certified doctor willing to work with you.
BagelsSmall berries make the twig look bigger. Given your age, I wouldn’t be running any enclomiphene. Unsupervised TRT can be a bad time. Make sure to do your research.
